Project overview

Renowned as the Old Railroad House of Fairhaven, this 19th-century Greek Revival renovation restored the home’s original splendor and authentic detailing. The existing porch underwent a redesign, incorporating a new deep wrap-around porch with side stairs leading to the newly created garden area. The second floor underwent a transformation, accommodating a new master bedroom with custom inset cabinetry and a larger bathroom featuring a period-style sink and soaking tub.
