Project overview
This unassuming cape-style residence now features a private U-shaped courtyard created by two distinct additions to the rear of the house. The design for this house commenced with the layout of a new two-car garage and mudroom entrance at the front. To the rear, a master bedroom wing and a great room wing behind the garage, flank the newly created private courtyard. The extensive interior renovation also encompasses a new chef’s kitchen, personal gym, and laundry area.
