Project overview

This shingle-style home design features a spacious two-story foyer, accentuated by a large eyebrow window. The symmetrically balanced front facade incorporates a recessed second floor balcony off the second-floor sitting room. A porte-cochere angled connector connects the main house to the dance studio, which is situated over the two-car garage. The proportional exterior massing, along with multiple roof and bracketed eave lines, and unique fish-scale gable details, distinguishes this expansive home from its neighboring properties.
